I'm a pretty regular buyer on coinbase and it works great.But if I have an issue, it's always about the buy limits. I don't have any guidance or control over how I can work my way to increase my limits.Maybe a live estimated response/solving time would help Also, what is overly frustrating is that you can't send a message outside of the business hours.So whenever you have an issue outside the hours, you have to remember about it to be able to send it later, which feels very un-user-friendly.I find it frustrating that I don't know what will qualify me for the next step up. What I'm looking for really are the specific steps that are required for each limit increase. I seriously hope I don't get a link from coinbase directing me to the endless circle that is the coinbase support...The FAQ and support from the site only take you in circles with no definitive answers. I don't even know how I went from 100 to 1000, it just magically happened one day. Thanks I have tried to verify my identity, yes I have read Coinbase's instructions, and I still am getting the error "an unknown error has occurred".This informal feel makes it easy to build good relationships with our customers without the ‘canned response’ that you get from an email.

Message me or post a reply if you have been through this and know how to solve the issue. I have emailed Support many times on my situation but I haven't received a resolution as of yet.
